  • The onePULSE Foundation, Orlando, Florida

    JP Davis Partners lead the initial donor-centered fund development for the onePULSE Foundation.

    The Foundation was established to create a sanctuary of hope following the tragic day in American history–Sunday, June 12, 2016–to honor the 49 Angels that were taken, the 68 others who were injured and the countless first responders and healthcare professionals who treated them.

    This fund is intended to support a memorial that opens hearts, a museum that opens minds, educational programs that open eyes and legacy scholarships that open doors. Contributions from generous individuals, foundations, corporations and government entities directly support all of the National Pulse Memorial & Museum design, construction, land acquisition costs, operations, community education programs, and 49 Legacy Scholarships.​

  • Waterfront Park Phase IV, Louisville, Kentucky

    JP Davis Partners is supporting Waterfront Park in their $50 million Phase IV campaign to expand the park. This 22-acre addition to Waterfront Park will extend public open space along the Ohio River corridor, uniting downtown and West Louisville along the waterfront.

    PlayPort at Waterfront Park is the first component of the planned expansion. Based on community input, PlayPort is a 1.5-acre experience that celebrates the waterfront’s history by using authentic objects and equipment as a catalyst for families and kids to “Make Play Out of Work.” Visitors will have the opportunity to play and explore around real river and industrial artifacts, including turning a towboat propeller, moving a conveyor belt, and role playing as an excavator operator.

    Louisville’s Waterfront Park is one of the most visited tourist attractions in the Kentuckiana region, drawing nearly 2.2 million visitors annually.

  • Appalachian Arts Alliance, Hazard, Kentucky

    JP Davis Partners is working with Appalachian Arts Alliance and the ArtStation in Hazard, Kentucky to support sustained programmatic and fund development for a rapidly growing community arts organization that is one of the drivers of downtown Hazard economic revitalization.

    The ArtStation and Appalachian Arts Alliance progamming such as Kindermusik, voice and guitar lessons, music and theatre performances reached nearly 8,000 people during 2021 with a goal to reach 10,000 people in 2022. The newly renovated space serves as both an arts hub and community gathering space for Hazard and Perry County and features a commercial kitchen, performance space and a large outdoor courtyard to host concerts or theatre.

  • Queer Kentucky, Louisville, Kentucky

    Queer Kentucky (QK) is a diverse LGBTQ+ run non-profit based in Louisville, Kentucky working to bolster and enhance Queer culture and health though storytelling, education and action. Through storytelling QK gives visibility and celebrate the lives of LGBTQ+ people in the great Bluegrass State. Visibility alone is life-saving. Queer Kentucky actively works with organizations and businesses on their inclusivity efforts that enhance the well-being of their employees.

    QK Inclusive Workplace workshop leaders self-identify as trans / nonbinary and have experienced firsthand the systemic oppression these workshops attempt to empathetically deconstruct. This layer of experience deepens the relevancy of each training and reflects the commitment to facilitate tangible change through storytelling.

  • Pandora Productions, Louisville, Kentucky

    In 2022, Pandora Productions celebrates 25 years as the only theatre company in the Louisville Metro area and most of Kentucky exclusively dedicated and most trusted to tell the stories of the LGBTQ+ communities.

    Born from a small, crazy idea of three artists who wanted to create a musical based on the myth of Pandora, the company has grown to be a shining star in the Louisville arts firmament.

    The company celebrates local, regional and national writing on LGBTQ+ themes with our PlayDates with Pandora series and a new Intersections project. Under the leadership of the company’s long time Producing Artistic Director, Michael J. Drury, the company has enjoyed fast growth, artistic achievement and prominence in Louisville and nationally.

    JP Davis Partners is helping Pandora grow sponsorships and revenue for their 25th Anniversary Gala on June 10, 2022.

  • IDEAS xLab, Louisville, Kentucky

    IDEAS xLab is a dynamic artist-run organization based in Louisville, KY, and working nationally that champions inclusion and belonging through creativity, art, and action, in support of a more healthy, just, and hopeful society.

    Named Nonprofit of the Year by the Derby Diversity & Business Summit in 2019, IDEAS xLab's HEAL Community Approach was named an international good practice by UCLG Culture 21.

    The (un)Known Project is a featured work of art and history emerging from IDEAS xLab and created by Hannah Drake and Josh Miller.. The Project is a collaboration between IDEAS xLab,, the Fazier History Museum, Roots 101, various departments within Louisville Metro Government, and will incorporate Louisville’s history and heritage to create limestone benches, poetry, photography, and arts-based experiences along the Ohio River.

    Serving as a cultural heritage destination, the (Un)Known Project will be co-created as a significant marker in Louisville, designating the location as a monumental site and symbol of African American history.

    The Global Economic Diversity Development Initiative (GEDDI) is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit foundation focused on building economic wealth for the black community in the following areas- workforce opportunities, economic empowerment, supply chain opportunities, leadership and development and business acceleration.

    Through GEDDI, donors are assured their gift is going to vetted organizations serving the needs of the black population over the next 5 years.

    GBBN Architects is a multinational architecture and interior design firm collaborating across 4 offices in Cincinnati, Louisville, Pittsburgh, and Beijing. Founded in 1958, they are focused on innovating the essential building blocks of our communities - housing, healthcare, education, and cultural venues. GBBN generates $20-25M in revenue annually, translating to over $1B in construction.

  • Juneteenth Festival Louisville 2022

    Juneteenth Festival 2022, Louisville, Kentucky

    This year, Juneteenth Festival Louisville with Black Complex will take place June 16 through 19th. "Juneteenth National Freedom Day" commemorates the survival, due to God-given strength and determination, of African Americans through extreme adversity, hardship, and triumph.

    The 4-day gathering will take place at Louisville’s Waterfront Park and surrounding venues, transforming downtown into a culturally enriching festival featuring over 40 Black businesses, musical performances, panel discussions, networking events, food, and more.

    JP Davis Partners is helping to grow corporate and individual support for the event as it is free and open to the public.

    Save the dates October 5-7 for the 2nd Annual Appalachian Big Ideas Fest, a three-day experience of insightful storytelling, arts and culture, and community building in Hazard, KY.

    Appalachian Kentucky is a hotbed for creativity, artists, inspiration, and innovative ideas. During the Festival, we will be exploring the future of affordable housing, entrepreneurship, downtown revitalization, community safety, local food and sustainable agriculture, arts and culture, racial equity, local leadership development, and the BIG IDEAS moving Appalachia forward.
